Why do you think Barrichello, Brawn, Berger and others are his instagram followers? And why are you calling them morons?

Correct, actually 2009-2012. As Alonso said, the car was far from the best and Hamilton still won races

alonso drove for Ferrari in 2010-11-12.
Don't know how he could evaluate the mclaren level without driving for the team ?

We are not even involved in F1, yet we are evaluating that the Ferrari is not good. Surely an F1 driver who is in the sport and raced against Mclaren can.

Lifted from an interview with Walker from a few years back:

"Who was the greatest driver of all time? There is in fact no common yardstick you can apply to drivers from 1950 when F1 began to now, because there are different drivers, different cars, different circuits, different regulations, and different circumstances. You can say who the greatest driver of a generation was. Jim Clark maybe, Jackie Stewart maybe, Ayrton Senna certainly, Michael Schumacher maybe. You can only give a subjective answer."

Correct. Both Hamilton & Senna had good WDC teammates who could win races. Schumacher had the luxury of never having a WDC teammate over a season.

The point is Hamilton has always been in a car that is capable of winning. He has not driven with a back marker team and has shown any brilliance in driving beyond it's capabilities. Senna, Schumacher, Alonso and even Vettel( won in the Toro Rosso) have all shown it.

Seems like you aren't familiar with Hamilton's career. I'll help you out. Mclaren was not good 2009, Mercedes was 5th best team 2012 before Hamilton came. He still won races.
When did Schumacher drive for a backmarker team? Bennetton & Ferrari both won races before Schumacher came, so by your logic, Micheal drove cars that was capable of winning.
But the point is why do you penalize Fangio, Clark and others because top teams want to hire and keep them? Fangio always drove for top teams, why do you think he is not great?

Hamilton's win in 2008 at Silverstone was right up there. Honestly if you only think Hamilton is 'good' then you have lost all sense of perspective.

In my opinnion, to put Hamilton above Senna is a clear sign of dementia....
Its clearly ridiculous to compare Hamilton driving a machine that practically drives itself, to Senna whom had to perform REAL driving on a machine that had to be dominated to produce results....

Interesting to talk about sense of perspective coming from someone living in the UK
For living there for over 10 years I don’t recall a nation that clearly asses it’s talents incredibly well :the stunning its coming home slogan of 2018 World Cup or thinking that Damon Hill was remotely a good driver were always comical to me...

But back to your points:2008- great race not close to 93. Why? Firstly Hamilton was In a far better car than Senna was, factually as well senna lapped everyone but Hill, not the case in 08 but close.

In the rain he had some good races but come on now, do you remember Estoril in 85?Do you remember 96 Barcelona Schumacher with a crappy Ferrari ? Those wins were just imo superior not only because of the level of rain out there but also the level of the car senna and Schumacher was driving.

For me Hamilton is good, and will be a legend of his sport. His career started off with 2 legendary seasons after this when not in the top
Car he wasn’t able to win the championship.
Once he joined Mercedes, the most dominating team in history, he won and that’s what he was paid to do. Seeing what we see now with Vettel it’s really hard to tell the value of a driver that is in his car so much better than anyone else .
Of course Hamilton is elite, likely the best of his time but his car is 1 second a lap faster than anyone else’s, where is the merit in that? At least a guy like Alonso tried to go to the 2nd best team to win after leaving Renault.

So yeah It’s probably because I have not lost perspective and I am able to compare that to me Hamilton is a good driver but the easy path provided by Mercedes just greatly puts in perspective his greatness.

Just to help u put in perspective the rain in
    85 that day:

    And 08

Gréât race but not nearly as hard with cars with more help!
