I think the main problem in Victoria is there is a lot of people not taking it seriously, (mostly young folk by the looks). The security guard issue should've been manageable. The revelation about people not isolating when positive is the real killer. I can't remember the figures but there was a similar test taken regarding people staying at home when positive up here and the numbers were astonishing in favour of Queensland!

The man, from the Surf Coast town of Torquay, made the long journey yesterday because there were "no waves on the east side", he told officers. He was fined $1652 for beaching the stage three coronavirus restrictions. Other cases included four people were caught driving in the south-west Melbourne suburb of Wyndham during curfew hours and told police they were out to buy cigarettes. Two men who travelled from Bayswater in the city's east to Bonnie Doon to pick up clothes were also among 243 people fined yesterday. Police handed out fines to 28 people who failed to wear the mandatory face coverings, 30 at checkpoints and 84 for curfew breaches
