Bump. Had a guy drive down from Jersey yesterday, made an offer at $117,500 but hasn't counter signed and returned the buyers order yet. So might be last call. Don't know. Rather it went to an Fchatter.

Yeah, uncertainty really sucks. Another day has gone by and no buyers order, so who knows. I really don't give a ****. I have extensions on both the programs I was worried about losing this year and my C8 slot doesn't come up until April. I love her, too. I don't mind hanging onto her a while longer. Whatever happens..happens.

Hey, thanks. It's still for sale at the moment because I keep it listed a bit over market. I had it listed for $8k more in the winter and had a guy ready to come look from FL right when the pandemic hit. Put it back on the market a couple months ago and have had constant interest and it went in for a PPI a few days ago. I'm not dying to let it go and ironically, just as I've found a buyer, I've really mitigated mostly the business uncertainty that had me put it on the market in the first place. But I've made and will keep the commitment to the listing agent.
It’s the very best color combo and I’m sure an excellent buy. Going through the sales process is no fun. Too many hagglers and tire kickers that have nothing better to do with their time, nor respect of yours. Wish you a quick sale. Maybe, if haven’t already, advertise on the FCA sites. Good luck.
