Hi I have a 456 M, 1999, the window lifting mechanism doesn't show any sign of wear ( the glass is sitting rock solid and can't be move sideways), but i have this excessive gap in the rear lip of the window ( B Pilar) looking at a fix solution, i was wondering if someone come up with a gasket fix like glue an additional piece of rubber to close the gap if someone did it , it will be awesome to have the tutorial Thanks J
Hi No never heard about the foam fill inside the gasket , I was wondering if after 20 years the gasket ( seal ) deteriorate and flatten I will have a look at it for sure Have you done it on your car ?
Looking into this as well. Another thread on Fchat mentions that there are screws with some adjustment underneath the B pillar trim. Does anyone know how that B pillar trim pulls off? Also asking here: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/456-b-pillar-trim-removal
My gaskets are all filled but that is how I bought the car so im not sure when or how it was done. I have seen many videos on it though and it does a good job on filling it up.
