Built in a new estate back in the 80's and demanded number 13 Still here renovated extensively , have an awesome career and a Ferrari Number 17 house is riddled with bad luck . Sold 15 times !!!!! Bankrupts , sackings , runaways , divorces etc etc . In an area of about 500 houses average sale rate in past 35 years has been 3.72 so 15 is the record !
