348 FROZEN CLOCK SETTING BUTTON

I would try some electronic switch cleaner in there and try and free it up. Let it dry fully first before powering it back to up to test it. Worst case is that the microswitch itself is collapsed and not working--that would require a bit more work.

 

The small ones you need a pen or something similar to press?

 

Maybe there's some left over "sticky" gooage that seeped down into the button area. But hopefully not because you may have to open the ECU to clean it. Not a simple task..
