Has anybody fitted these to their 360? I'd like to know if a CEL was triggered

I really doubt a CEL will be triggered as the original cats have less material to scrub emissions than an original one because of where the O2 sensors are located, in the original cats they are located after the first set (original cats have two sets inside a smaller and a larger one) on high flow cats the bungs are located after the main material that is larger than the first set on the original ones.

    BEFORE: 100% Stock
Header (cats), secondary (cats), stock muffler

    AFTER:
A/M Headers (no cats), secondary stock (cats), CS Muffler
I got the O2 sensor eff CEL with this change.

    For reference only.
Secondary O2 extenders did the trick for my CEL.

I have them. No cel, not because of the cats anyway.

Are you happy with them? Was there a noticeable change in performance?

I actually went from straight pipes to these, so there was most likely a decrease in performance for me. Search my old threads, I have a few just about the Evoflows including a video. There were definitely some quality issues with mine, but supposedly those are fixed according to the owner of the company, who does post on this site occasionally. He actually did offer to replace them, but of course that would involve tearing my exhaust apart again. Just something to watch out for if you order them.

I think i'm now going with Tubi 200 cell cats and their LOUD exhaust system. The deeper growl of the Tubi system is more pleasing to me than other systems i've heard
