and a reminder about how much faster a BB is than a 308...for you idiots who believe that it's even close!
Not bought and paid for but owned Dino,308gt4,F40,355 challenge,512BB,308GTB,328GTB, am I missing any ?
It looks a lot better since I took the shields off and put my face in it Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The 308 was catching you under brakes ...... Horse was probably driving the 308 there too ........ the next clip would have had him overtaking you in the corner
And here's another 308 leading a Boxer on the track !!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Boxers are so slow
And here's a photo of some old geezer in a 612 with SHIELDS FFS ...... he really should know better .... and I don't care if he was faster than me Image Unavailable, Please Login
awww....you poor delusional FW Have you driven a BB?? They make a 308 feel like an underpowered toy. There are a few places at Winton where a BB would do exactly what you see in that video. Ask poor old SD, who tried for years to catch me in his 308 and never came close, sticky tyres and all. The stupidity is clear from anyone who claims a 308 can lap faster than a BB on any normal track. The only exception was that little go-kart track used at Canberra a couple of times. It's not about my driving or anyone else's.....a BB is a friggin' rocket compared to a 308. I drove them back to back and owned one after the other. OTOH, I did get overtaken once. By another BB bring driven by Alf Costanzo. I didn't feel too badly about that one.
That would be the only way a 308 would ever get in front of a BB....if it got into the line first. I'll bet it didn't stay that way for long though.
They match the highly desirable yellow calipers Oh............................and yes you do - but it was only 3 seconds
Image Unavailable, Please Login Looks like I beat all the Boxers at Surfers Paradise, Fairbairn Park and Wakefield Park as well as Winton. At the other Rallies I attended I got 2nd to an F40 driven by a professional racing driver at Lakeside and 2nd to Peter in his 288GTO Tribute at Lakeside, also 2nd to Phil in his QV at his home track in the ACT. So the fact of the matter is my QV has never, ever, been beaten by a Boxer at a Ferrari Club Rally.
While looking for that photo I found this Image Unavailable, Please Login We always say they were worth $50k
I was distracted by a little cutie in the grandstand and either spun or ran off the track EVERY lap ..... and still won the 355/360 trophy
