That's becuase the rest of us have been either too busy, lazy, or goofy to get off our azzes and get it done! Congrats to you though!

detriot; Have you considered making any of your brackets available for those that may want them? Thanks.

I'd be very interested in buying a set of brackets as well. my Rennspeed bumpers are setting on a shelf because I'm too lazy/etc to scheme up brackets and find someone to fab them....

Ok Arild, I need a set of those cast aluminum brackets. If interested in making an additional set, I would be happy to purchase them from you.

    Awesome work

Those cast aluminum brackets are absolutely beautiful. I'd love to see a few more photos and maybe an explanation on the manufacturing process. Most people just do CNC but a dedicated casting is very unusual.

    Thanks for like my casting!

The manufacture process is as follows: First design the looks of the part using CAD, then 3D print the part in 102% size (because aluminium will shrink in the casting process).
-Make a sand mould, using the printed part and add a channel for letting the melted alu enter.
    Fill up with molten alu!
    Machine the part...

I can of course make up more parts, but it's time consuming, and only intended for my hobby!
However, for a set casting only: 250usd
    Ready machined: 400usd
This casts are for my US Ferrari 308GTS 1978 with bumper and tube from Superformance.co.uk ,I cannot guarantee it will fit other...

PS: I have also made a droplink, as mine was weared down in a "lost rear wheel"! It seems to be in good quality (very strong alu) Image Unavailable, Please Login

    Best regards,
    Arild
