I have driven the 330 GT 2+2, and the 275 GTB-4 . But;
Our 575M actually puts my wife to sleep on the highway....who could ask for anything more! ♫ bobg.

The Ferrari 400i has a magnificent Colombo V 12, large comfortable seats in front, as well as wonderful seats for two adults in back. A softer suspension than most Ferraris, but stiffer than a Rolls-Royce corniche. A Straman convertible is the best way to go for unlimited headroom, and with Norwood twin turbo chargers added to the Colombo V 12, torque and power is not an issue.

Great topic. Didn't vote as have only driven half the list.
Surprised (but in a good way) for all the love for the 612, which I've yet to drive. I've long dreamed of adding a three-pedal V12 (i.e. 456, 550 or 612) as the 3rd car after the wife & my "quick daily-drivers", which are invariably two-pedal. (Heck, wife's Model 3 Perf is effectively one-pedal.) I have fond memories of the 456, was underwhelmed by the CaliT, FF was impressive but AWD/PTU issues scare me off ownership, and I can't afford the depreciation on a Lusso or LussoT.
Almost no mention of the F12... too fast & too harsh to be a good country road cruiser?

Have had seat time in both V8 and V12 models. By far, the 456 for me. Lucky enough to drive on cross country from LA to Toronto last year. Epic mile muncher, with the perfect balance between power/performance, and comfort/refinement. Older cars too vintage, and newer cars too "nurburgring" track focussed

We like the comfort factor of our 456, our 'new car'. The Dino is fine, and the 275 always felt comfortable.
But, who really notices comfort when the cars are so much fun to drive?
Guess I'll have to try out some of the newer cars to see if I am missing something.

Haven't driven that many different models, certainly not any of the earlier ones on the list, but I think the 456M is the most comfortable to drive over long distance.
I don't think you really know how comfortable a car is until you've sat in it for a few hours at a time.

I have never drove a 612 or an FF. Sat in the former and rode shotgun in the latter. Of the cars I’ve tried, I’m yet to feel more comfortable or relaxed than in an FF. Personally, there are three things that I consider to be decisive regarding comfort: suspension, seat’s lumbar support and body roll. Whatever your choice, I bet the outcome of Robb’s most excellent poll will be the win of a Ferrari GT car. When it comes to comfort, a GT is no match for a sports car, although truth be told, sports cars have become increasingly more versatile over the last 10 to 15 years. You no longer end a long road trip feeling like you’ve just came from 8 rounds against Mike Tyson.

Ferrari 612 S is a Very Comfortable Car is like ....A Mercedes Comfort Ride and AMG with Ferrari V12 Power ...hard to explain you got to try one if you can

and when driving this 612 is so comfortable the ride .....try driving at night in the Highway . with music on ......sometimes you can fall asleep really heee heeee is really that comfortable the ride Amazing ....and yet is a Ferrari V12 Power ....Smooth V12

Every time i drive... i keep asking myself is this a Ferrari ....how they do it.... to make it so comfortable .....how they do it Amazing Ferrari Engineering Indeed

456M is a Amazing Car indeed and If you have a chance go try the 612 S and compare it .....the Ride is like a Mercedes Comfort and AMG with V12 Ferrari Power

and many Show Room do carry 612 and go Test drive one and see and feel for yourself ...... .how they do it Amazing Ferrari Engineering Indeed

my 456 is comfortable but it doesn't feel as luxurious as the 612. the 612 is the right car.

I would say the GTC4 Lusso T definitely hangs in my memory as the most comfortable. Capacious seats, quiet cabin, a much more refined ride than the FF. But I have owned/driven these over the years and I never gave much thought to a comfort comparison before now. I would also say that the 488 has a remarkably comfortable ride and cabin experience considering the type of car it is.

There are some anomalies in my experience. My F512M has hard carbon seats but a smoother ride on many surfaces than my 575 M with Fiorano Pack. My 430 Spider's Daytona seats are super comfortable though the car is too loud to be "comfortable", unless aural comfort doesn't matter. I didn't find my 550 very refined compared to more modern Ferraris.

Also, tyres make a difference, with Michelins in my experience adding a layer of comfort as well as handling excellence over brittle P Zeros.

If you have a Chance go test drive a 612 S and is a V12 Ferrari Raw Power ......

and the Ride is so ....comfortable like Mercedes Comfort + AMG + Raw V12 Ferrari
