Guys Goodmorning! I'm replacing all my relays in my 84 308 GTS QV Euro and just finished installing birdman fuse blocks, went to the computer to place an order with Rockauto like I did a few years ago..with no luck, so I called and spoke with a "Nichol" who seemed more interested in pushing me over the edge with attitude and told me they NEVER have carried the Bosch #s except for 1- which they are out of. Any of you have a different contact?
    Looking for .. qty.6 Bosch#332 014 151
    qty.1 Bosch#332 015 006
    qty. 6 Bosch#332 204 101
and one relay that says "Italamec" 12v 66w (x2) DOT277

Thank You for the help! Kim

check out the xref thread post 264 and 269. might help
The flasher relay is common and just take it to a NAPA for a standard blinker/emergency relay

Try Kerry Wittig (sp?), a member here. Don't remember his screen name thou. Sorry. :(

He sells in the ads above and on eBay and has an auction going right now; scan for "Ferrari" and "308."

Email him "off line" but thru eBay and he will probably deal direct with you.

Bosch sold their relay business to Tyco in 2005 and now named TE Connectivity

Bosch 0 332 204 101 (with the orange diagonal stripe on the case) which became New Bosch 332 209 151 (in a larger black plastic case) which is now the Tyco V23234-A0001-X037 12V 40 AMP SPDT (purple case) 40 AMP / 12 vdc / SPDT Relay

    Tyco pn V23234-A0001-X037 or Bosh pn 0 332 209 151 can be bought from THEELECTRICALDEPOT.COM for $5.79

Bosch 0 332 014 113 (with no marking on the case) which became Bosch 332 019 151 (in a larger black plastic case) which is now the Tyco V23234-C0001-X006 12V 40 AMP SPST (brown case)

    Tyco pn V23234-C1001-X006 or Bosh pn 0 332 019 151 can be bought from THEELECTRICALDEPOT.COM for $7.31

    Bosch 0 332 015 006 (with a blue K marking on the case) which became Bosch 0 332 015 011, which is also known as W0133-1791846 or Tyco V23134-M0052-C642 (12V 2x25A)

Tyco V23134-M0052-C642 can be bought from Onlinecomponents.com for $13.01

The relays can also be bought from http://www.perfectengine.com and Wes-Garde with a $50 total min purchase.

The above information is from the Testarossa Cross Reference Thread. A Testarossa uses the same relays as a 308.

    That WAS a great post..thanks!

It will probably be more searchable in this thread going forward, than the other 'cross reference" one.

Glad that the information helped. Over the last several days I have been tracing down electrical issues and decide to install Birdmans fuse box. I then looked at the relays and decided to upgrade them with modern sealed relays and do a LED light upgrade. The number looked familiar so checked my Testarossa files and found a file on relays so it was just a quick cut and paste. I should have my new relays & LED lights Monday.

    that's a sticky worthy post!

I call BS on that call handlers response at rocksuto's claim of not selling bosch relays, I've got a box full of a variety bosch relay's in the bosch box!

was not aware bosch sold to tyco, not fond of that as tyco relays in my experience don't last nor put up with the harsh environment like the bosch relays have. I also keep all the old metal ones and will rebuild them when needed, but only if the coil isn't fried, contacts and solder joints are simple - the bulk of where they fail. on the diode circuit ones diodes can be replaced as well.

All the relays can be found at Mouser's and Digikey on line. All you need to know is the type and the current handling capabilities.

    OR:

Great site for relays and information about Tyco relays.

    Go to: http://www.itcelectronics.com/linecard.php

click on AMP, then click on Relays,Switches and sensors, then click Automotive under the relay picture, then click View product details, then click •Power Relay F4 / VF4, Mini ISO, Plug-In (PDF, English) go to page 3. All the types we use are there by Form A,C etc. Then you can go back and order what you need.

A lot of clicking but it's all there.

Over the the years I've accumulated lot of different relays that I think I should sort them out as I don't even know what I've got. all I know is, somewhere in there I got an extra hazard/signal relay for the QV.

I found the Italamec relay today from NAPA, listed as AR385 (made by Echlin). It is half the size as the original, but the numbers next to the pins were exactly the same. I put it in my '79 GTS, and now my blinkers and flashers work normally. I actually ordered the flasher relay for a 2000 VW Cabrio, which can be cross referenced at other parts stores. Price was $28.

Would you happen to know if this relay would work in a 1985 308QV?

Reviving this old thread of mine. Never did get around to replacing the relays in my Euro QV. Have over the last year been chasing an electrical issue. Well, this last week while I was home it happened again, but because I did as some suggested and start diagnosing with the basics and writing down my confirm/deny step by step, I’ve traced my issue to an intermittent fuel pump relay. Went into the garage, hooked up the battery and the car fired within 2 seconds but immediately quit. Would just crank and crank but not fire. Swapped the relay with the flasher relay, cranked it over until injectors got fuel and now starts immediately and runs smooth as glass once again. But now my flashers are intermittent lol. (Was quite a lot more diagnosing involved but that is the jest of it) Car would run so- so at times and other times for 15 min. Then not at all. Anyway, only took me eight more years to get around to ordering the relays once again but reading previous replies I’m skeptical as the relays currently in use are 30 amp ( bosch 0332 014 151)and the replacements are listed as 40 amp.. Not feeling really good about this so was hoping someone can confirm the proper replacement relays for the Bosch numbers listed at the beginning of the thread. Thanks.

Autoelectrical.parts has a relay cross reference guide and the Bosch numbers cross with Hella relays.

I had to replace some Bosch style relays for the starter safety system on my zero turn mower and found them at a nearby audio equipment supplier for a fraction of the cost at the mower dealer. Apparently they are used in after market car audio systems. They have been working well for years.

Yes I noticed that today. Didn’t have any luck finding the Hella Relays either. Have got the Tyco Cross reference numbers and tomorrow will see if I can find any of those available. Will definitely look more closely at the audio sales pages also. Thanks! :)

Well I grew tired of cross referencing Relay numbers and searching the Internet, so placed a call to Napa auto parts and they stock a direct replacement for the Bosch relays. Took about 10 minutes. Go figure..;)

Thanks Mike. I just ordered them from Napa today, shipping out of Seattle area. I find it interesting that the US version uses a 40 amp relay where the Euro version uses a 30
