Just buy it and enjoy it Mike... It’s not an investment Ferrari it’s a mass produced one. ...Value in the current market would be under 120K....I enjoy driving my imported HOS just as much as my Aussie delivered HOS...I bought because you only live once...If I was after an investment I would have bought more realestate....My 2 cents worth...

    I am with you.

Buy what you like and enjoy it.

As someone who has gone through that 360 search, I initially wanted Aus delivered but then realised it wasn't a big deal for me. Comes out of the same factory!

A Ferrari in the garage is a Ferrari in the garage.

    PP is 100% correct.

Here are the first 2 questions you get from a newbie Ferrari buyer when you list one for sale.

    1. Is it Australian delivered?
    2. Has it had a belt service?

Absolutely. PP is right. Even when I sold the 430, I was asked if it was Aus delivered, and 99.9% of all 430's are AUS delivered.
Personally, I have no issue with imported cars, but certainly newbie buyers do.

Maybe I'm not making myself clear. Buying it is easy....selling it can be a nightmare, especially if you want to sell quickly for another project or when the flow of available cars increases.

It's all very nice to say just buy it and drive it, and there's merit in that, but you need to consider the big picture sometimes.

I agree. I had enough trouble with mine, because it was used. People thought because it was over 100k klms, it was going to explode, or the engine was farkked. Let alone if it was an imported vehicle. Having said that, I bought the 456 knowing it was a UK vehicle.

Manual cars are all good n well but often get over revved, this can’t happen in an F1 car, this is worth a look if you like red or Lorbeks have a Grigio Alloy car same spec also Australian delivery and if your going to drive the car regularly the klms won’t bother you, the engines will easily clock over 200thou

He got a good deal, but I factored in the cost of a new clutch etc. it had stone chips and battle scars but was well maintained with all of the niggly 430 issues sorted out. I bought it at the right price as well, and then proceeded to add 72k klms of awesomeness, including multiple GG’s and a GAD. I didn’t burn my ass by any stretch and sold it for only 20k less than I paid.

I have on occasion called dealerships about trading in my car and the first question is always “is it an Australian delivered car?”

That looks very nice, not bad value for a low km Aussie car. That would be a lot better bet than the over priced manual import IMO

I love the slick 3 speed GM transmission in the 360 F1, its shifts are oh so buttery
