    How high a resolution? In other words, what do you need to do with it (i.e. postcard, wall poster, what have you)? If the resolution you are seeking is "reasonable" I can help you out using the original and interpolate it into a higher-res image using a lossless procedure.

    Keep in mind we are starting from a very low-res image, so miracles shouldn't be expected.

    You could always contact the Klemantaski Collection and purchase a high quality print in most any size.

    I would like to make a mural on my garage wall. Since the pic is vintage and B&W I think it's ok to be grainy. It will be best viewed from 20 feet away not standing directly in front of it

    MANY Klemantaski images have been printed in huge sizes... you should contact them and ask. Or you could always commission a really good artist to recreate the image for you as a painting , but one that would look just like a photo which has been and can be done.
