Which type ...Hills or OEM or SFK ?
Is it possible to distinguish from the pic in particular the blue “ rubber “ ring ?

I think my SKF were black and Hills was brown. Does it matter if unknown? Better replace it to new Hills tensioners.

Hill should have stamping labels on the metal sections stating part number and Hill Engineering. I would bet SKF.

The Hill Engineering bearings (from Ricambi) that I installed in my 328 had "Hill Engineering" a batch number and a part number engraved or stamped on the side of the outer race. I would assume that any 3x8 tensioner bearing that does NOT have that is not a Hill bearing. Also, they were brown, not blue.

    Blue are SKF BC-ARB-130/+1

I replaced mine with HE's when I did my belts but to be honest there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the SKF's
