1982 Ferrari 400GTi Chassis 42185

When I visited a cowboy boots shop near Atlanta, I came across URAD shoe polish. That's an italian product that is really amazing and not as aggressive as Leatherique. My usual procedure is to use mink oil, let it dry and finally apply the Italian shiny product.

As far as 42185 is concerned, they have probably applied a heavy coat of acrylic based colour plus a varnish. Don't know if solvent based products are legal in your country: they penetrate deeper, last longer but the colour is not as opaque as what we see here.
