Watched the online auction of a yellow F360 manual last night on Grays. Last time I looked it was at $170K +5.5% buyers premium. Jumped from $95K to $150K to $170K during the last few minutes of the auction. Good price for the seller I would have thought given the financial climate.
Seems a little strange given there are manuals around now for $120K ish. Also seems strange the jumps, they were big, $95k to $150K between browser refreshes, looked a little sus to me
Got a link to the sale? The only Grays yellow 360 I could find was an old Google result of one that burnt down a few years back (aus del yellow twin turbo 360)
Not strange at all....It’s simple... They ran the auction up to the sellers reserve...Watch it surface for sale in a couple of months somewhere else. I used to see it all the time when I lived in the Auction houses both here and Europe. I always put high end pieces in with Bonhams as they were the masters at that game...
