For Sale Fix/reinforce your broken/shaky 430 tail lights

Did mine recently. IMO, the design of the kit is very good.

It seems as though the bottom post is the one that will break first. One of mine was completely broken and the other 3 had hairline cracks. The bottom post support from the kit is really well done.

The top support will help to distribute the load more evenly and the way it is constructed will help to increase load on the stock section between the posts, especially with front to back loads.

During installation the car was going through other servicing, so it was on jack stands. Might just be a personal thing, but IMO the increased height helped with ergonomics during the install. Also, consider stuffing some towels etc.... to prevent the small parts from dropping down too far.

I love this repair kit!! I’ve had the kit for two weeks and just finally got the time to install it this weekend. I had one severed lower mounting post on the drivers side inner light, and a hairline crack on the passenger side inner light.

This kit worked great!!! I’m rattle free and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you!

I finally got to installing the repair kit to my broken light. I have to say that Sky Hye makes an awesome kit. The parts are well made and the instructions are very clear. Highly recommend this for anyone with a broken light or as preventative maintenance.
