No idea on information on this car. I just pulled the picture off Facebook. Here is the caption that went with the picture: "fortunately not mine but seen once in a garage near Paris in 2014"
Nothing. The whole car looks flat in the pic and the windscreen aperture looks wrong, but without looking at it very closely, the chassis looks like it might be real with a similar tubing arrangement. Probably just the way the picture was taken. Barkaways 246 pic. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ok, let's do it, no job too big, no job too small! Finding the windshield ought to be a chore considering the peculiar opening... Joint venture... Regards, Alberto
Don’t worry about the windshield (or any other windows), Alberto. Compared to some other jobs I’ve done, that looks like child’s play, but like you say “no job too small! “
So for fun, what would you guess this would sell for today? I guess eBay, Bring A Trailer (BAT), or an auction would all be a venue. I have no idea which would bring the highest price. Regardless of forum, any thoughts as to what this would bring if we assume engine/trans/mechanicals are all still intact? Shawn
A bit of a detour but hopefully interesting, I stumbled across this company in the UK. Seems they‘re doing a Dino replica that looks visually accurate. Check out the chassis images. Maybe a better approach to building a Ferrari 308/328 engined Dino?
