Right now I'm watching NBC sports channel showing a 2009 match up between Brady and Peyton and the Colts. Man do I miss Randy Moss.
I refuse to watch any replays or any virtual sports. And I'm getting sick and tired of all these mock NFL drafts that keep showing up day after day. At this point, I'm just going to wait for the real thing. I've got enough other things to keep my busy in the meantime.
Ditto. I am guessing that training camp and such will be delayed, which will push preening day late. Of course, NFL owners could admit that the training camp is a farce & limit it to 2 preseason games! T
I don't know. August is quite a ways from now. Besides, it's better to be hopeful than pessimistic. And Paul just doesn't have a reason to look forward to having a season this year. The only reason I do is because I'm looking forward to the chaos that will be the Texans and our fan base.
Exactly. We've been waiting for this for 20 years! So, let's take a vote, who has more wins this year, Patriots or Buccaneers? I think it will be about the same, but I give slight edge to TB12 & Bucs! T
I am embarrassed to admit this, but I watched a bunch of episodes of 'Peyton's Place' on ESPN Saturday, and it's a really good, well put together show! Anyone remember Jayne Kennedy?
For many DC locals, Bobby Mitchell finally made the Redskins likeable. RIP https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/28998202/hall-famer-bobby-mitchell-helped-integrate-redskins-dies-84
Admittedly, there are some good shows on ESPN worth watching if you didn't see them before. 'Sundays in the South' (the history of SEC football) was very good, as was their retrospective series on 150 years of college football.
I sat beside Jimmy on a TWA from SeaTac to JFK way back when he was still employed by the network. He wore his rumpled up trench coat the entire 5 hour flight and had about a dozen scotches
