I continue to replace the black plastic fuel lines on my ‘88 328GTB. Today I completed the task of attaching the new lines to the barbed ends of the metal fuel lines, a job that would be extremely difficult if you don’t have the special tool sold by Unobtainium Supply (who also supplies the difficult-to-source plastic lines): Image Unavailable, Please Login Alan N.J.

Pictures taken on Sunday, March 15th, just before the confinement. Took the the GTS out for a 60 miles drive, and to see the Maginot Line, hoping that for once, it might be of any use to Something? Don't be deceived by the small entry of the blockhaus: the "Gros ouvrage du Hackenberg" is one of the two biggest of the whole Maginot system of bunkers; it is mainly inside the hill, has miles of tunnels inside, a small railroad...and is reputed to be able to be shut closed of any outside air... That was almost three weeks ago; the car has been asleep in her pyjamas since (= the car cover...) Rgds Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Bruno, you like military background for Ferrari pics? I agree. Sometimes it fits perfectly. I have something similar. Our former Canadian airbase: Image Unavailable, Please Login Almost same place (shelter next to it) 30 years ago: Image Unavailable, Please Login Best Regards Martin
Well...not particularly, but we have these bunkers from the Maginot line almost everywhere; and the barracks for the troops, etc...I sometimes go there and wonder what purpose it has? Am I allowed to say that nowadays, I miss the Canadians; those F-104s from Bade-Sollingen and Zweibrücken, during the seventies...gosh, those guys really knew what flying LOW means... Speaking about the Canadian fighter squadrons: please do visit their former base (before France left NATO in 1966, that is...then they went from Marville and Grostenquin over the border to your place) at Marville if you can, Martin; very small village, but sumptous classical architecture. Ferraris and classical architecture work very well. Rgds Sorry this picture is a repost; the village is mainly classical XVIIth century. Rgds Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just beautiful, Bruno! I'm picking up my car today from Scuderia Performante in Pennsylvania. Had new tires, a new clutch cable and some other minor work. The shop is about 45 minutes from my house, so the route I'm taking should be 90 minutes!!! LOL!
Not quarantined yet, David? We are locked up until April 15th at least, and probably for more... Rgds
Working from home and limiting my outside exposure. No official quarantine; just continued social distancing. I am at my beach house, so it could be worse. It’s not exactly France, but I’m getting by. Stay healthy!!!
Doing my best...stuck in the old family house, where I was almost born (actually, the clinic was 350 feet away). Situation needs to be taken carefully here, but if I stay locked-up, normally... I said to our friend Martin from Germany a few days ago that I would not yeld to temptation, and that the two 328s (GTB + GTS) will stay in the garage...but, but, but...spring is coming; I mean, if I take the GTB for a drive on sunday at 7:00 o'clock, surely it wouldn't do any harm to anyone? Took a drive for about 150 miles today. Turned 77777 By the way I did not take the picture my wife leaned over and took it, I told her if she can get into that position to take a picture while I’m driving then we can have a lot more fun in this Ferrari while I’m driving it LOL Image Unavailable, Please Login
Haha, i thought of that too, maybe change to under the seat instead? ..but i think it´s not that safe to crash with anyway so the knees will be the smallest concern..
Martin, There is at least one big guy happy with me being stuck in the family house: he sleeps in my bed, instead of "somewhere outside"; it's spring outside, so he has many other of his own things to attend, but a warm bed one night or the other.... Rgds Image Unavailable, Please Login

fluids change today, i wish i had space in my tiny garage for a lift, have to do on jack stands and i never enjoy those things, but all risk assessments were done first by the Wife ;-) engine oil/filter gearbox oil (mtl) 4 and a bit litres fuel filter plugs air filter crush washers and lots of cloths to clean up my mess brake fluid change tomorrow if my back holds up.
i would Love to take it for a test drive but i can't in the current conditions :-( in the UK, just wouldn't seem right popping out to get my shopping in the 328. just have to settle for it getting it up to temperature and the fans kicking in a few times, quick rub down and back in garage covered up.
