Has anyone redone their interior?

    HAs anyone redone their interior? Was kicking around some ideas inspired by the Stradale. Here's a pic. Would love to hear others experience if they have undertaken this. Also would never have to deal with dash shrinkage again. My door panels would just continue the Alcantara theme.

    Alcantara fades, so it's either shrinkage or fading. If I leave my car outsideI put a sun shade over the dash.

    In answer to your question: yes, a few owners have custom or retrimmed interiors. I changed everything in my car except for the dash.

    I'm in the process of redoing all carpeted surfaces... I bought with cuoio leather and nuovo cuoio carpets. The carpets were badly stained, so replaced the bottom and rear carpet surfaces with a darker color that better matches the cuoio, and replacing the forward tunnel, forward drivers side, and passenger foot rest with black to match black leather dash. Accented with Black mats w/ burgundy trim to match exterior paint. Once everything comes in and I get it together I'll post pics.

    Not replacing any leather, but the job overall is pretty straightforward. Removing/replacing dash is a different story.

    Hard to find a person that does upholstery with this kinda skills set very very hard to find trust me !!! I just about gave up looking for some one . I had one shop take my interior and it sat there for months I got pissed off and pick it up... Found a person he owns D&L Upholstery in Jacksonville fl very reasonable and does FANTASTIC work !!
