Had quite a few over the years --- The 330 GTC is the one I should have held onto ( now in Bamford Collection)
Fantastic car for touring and competition too . In 14 years we did lots of miles in Europe and on the circuits too --- In all that time it never failed to get us home ( even after very hard trips .
    Hindsight is a wonderful thing!!!!!!!!

Maybe not many will agree with me, but I wouldn't want more than my treasure , the 365gt 2+2 . Why ?
Glorious engine, torque, speed and sound, kept fully serviced and with a wonderful gearbox to boot.
Beautiful cabin and a dashboard like no other
Driving position with great all round visibility
    Beautifully curved body
Presence on the road, power steering and air-conditioning.
Just love her to bits :)
Probably the last of the classic Ferraris prior to hand over to FIAT

250 GT SWB Competizione. In metallic dark grey with cognac or tobacco interior.

One if the most beautiful things conceived by man, fast enough to be fun in the real world, as engaging as it gets, sounds epic.

    Yes, thank you please!

550 Maranello. Can track it now if needed (although there are of course much better cars than that for that single purpose...), take my wife for dinner in it afterwards - and still enjoy that wonderful manual feeling when I'm an old man one day...

If I'm going to have just one and only one forever, I'm playing the utilitarian card. Which one covers as much as possible of what it means to be a Ferrari - equal parts patrician glamour and open-road raciness - while being something that can be used and enjoyed as much as possible?

    365GTB/4.

The truth is almost any newer 12 cylinder convertible.
But I’m quite happy to keep my 430 Spider for the rest of my life and pay the maintenance

Hands down and thumbs up, it would be the 250 California. As described in the book, "Officially, it is known as the Ferrari 250 Grantourismo Spyder California; but, to those who have driven, ridden in, or even seen one speed by, it can only produce an all-encompassing feeling of respect for what must be recognized as the epitome of a classic sports car -- solid power with reliability, a convertible top, excellent road holding and handling, and a style that speaks for itself."
