These all started about eight months ago. I started to do the rear bumper first because it seem harder to convert them than the front and it was. After going back and forth to my local machine shop trying to make the adapter and calculating the angle of the spacer took a lot of trial and error. Finally all the hard work lots of thinking, we were able to make the wedge type spacer to mount the rear Euro bumper.

I also like to thanks all those who helped me with the reference and gave me angles and distance To make this project right.

And now the front. I actually just finished this yesterday. Again working with the machinist to make the front bumper bracket this time. As you can see it’s much easier to remove the original front bumper shock and the holder and make a whole new different bracket. At first I wasn’t going to install the Pass to Flash lights as the original US didn’t come with it and I was just going to use the grill that goes all the way across from end to end of the valance, but I did change my mind and decided to go all the way Euro and I’m glad I did. So, I ordered the Euro grill in Black instead of the original silver color just to be a little different. I also like to thanks Crowndog for helping me with the Flash to pass lights. I had the right clear lens but the housing are black and this is where Crowndog came to rescue as he had a pair of the CIBIE 35 with the chrome housing but yellow lens. I had to fabricate a lot of things like the bracket to hold the Euro grill as it’s way different from the US grill.

Yep, I have a Euro 308 and it has the silver grill, but Black looks way better, good move. I also changed my indicator lenses to the clear ones which makes it look better. Great stuff.

Mike, the finished look is fantastic!

I was going to say the same, very sharp with the black grill.

Thank you very much! Right now I’m trying to find a pair of the yellow lens for the flash to pass lights so I can switch them back and forth with the clear lens once in a while as the yellow lens also has a good contrast with the black grill. So if anyone has a pair of the yellow lens they want to sell please let me know, thank you.

That black grill does look very sharp. the silver grill always looked, eh, wrong, to me.

Been waffling about getting my grill powder coated, maybe black anodize would be better choice.

    Thanks for the pics!
