Wasn't thinking very clearly when I chose a pre-pandemic asking price.

I have about $80K in the car. I am willing to move the car at $80K. Otherwise we'll wait out the pandemic and resulting recession.

the last iteration of the original Colombo-designed Ferrari V-12 engine and reportedly the last Ferrari that Ferrari drove. At its introduction the most expensive Ferrari in the entire line.

Thank you FW but no; I had the world's best F355 in blu scuro micalizzato, now in Mr. Robb's possession (he has made it the world's best). Thought you might have had a 330GTC for an even-up swap :(

When I posted this 'for sale' sign three weeks ago I didn't need the money but I had a present use for the money. In the interim other funds have become available which leads me to the best result, keeping this very rare and beautiful car.

Not sure if it is the proper way,... but you could hit the report button, and ask for the thread title to be updated with "taken off the market"

    Congrats on keeping her!

After breakfast this gorgeous spring morning in the north country, we took the 412 on a canter up the Northway again, very scattered traffic, not the completely empty look we had ten or so days ago. A few people are out and about again. traffic signs flashing: be safe stay home.

A very different drive than our 575M, she's a big comfortable grand touring car, most suitable for an interstate drive drive to New York City or Montreal, both approximately equidistant from Saratoga Springs.

OTOH, several years ago, on the seventy-mile mountain road rally from the Saratoga Automobile Museum to a beautiful Italian luncheon at the Lake George Club I took my former 412, a five-speed. If I can manage the post, you will see two cars back of my 412 the pale yellow 275 NART Spyder that Denise McCluggage drove for Luigi Chinetti Sr in the 1967 12 Hours of Sebring finishing 17th overall and 2d in the over 5 liter GT class. Riding shotgun with her that drive was Francois Sicard, one of the two top wrenches, with Nereo Iori, of the NART team. When we got to the Club Francois saw us at the bar and said, man, you were really hammering that old 412. That's what the old man built cars for, I replied.

That evening at the Museum's gala dinner I was privileged to sit with Denise and our lamented good friend John Fitch.

    sorry for the long post.
