    No it is not. Several pictures of the correct thing in threads on tool kits.

    As said by Brian above...

    Add to it: the 308/328 spark plug tool is not "self sufficient": it has no "T-handle", but a six-sided short stub that needs the 14mm combination wrench in the tool roll to work (= the "eyelet" of the combination wrench goes on that hexa-sided stub)

    And finally...
    308s, up to, and including, the QV, have 14mm plugs.
    328s have smaller plugs, 12mm, so the crown of their spark plug tool is smaller.
