Yesterday, 70 years ago, on 26th March 1950, it was the end of the Geneva Show.
You can see on this interesting pic :
    - 166 Inter Touring coupé Series 2 (most probably the last one : 039/S),
    - 166 MM Touring Barchetta (first long hood : 024/MB),
    - 166 MM Touring Berlinetta Le Mans (the future Mille Miglia's winner : 0026/M).

I think the 166 Inter Touring Coupé is 023 S.

039 S: 5 November 1949 the factory issued the Certificate of Origin. 6 February 1950 sold by factory via Franco Cornacchia to first owner Angelo Biemmi in Iseo, who had it registered 24 February 1950 in Brescia. I highly doubt that 039 S was shown March 26, 1950, at Geneva, Switzerland. 039 S then had two more owners in Bologna and then Milan and in May 1953 was rebodied by Vignale.

I didn't know 039/S was already registered during the Geneva Show. Thanks Marcel.

I have tried a better pic of the 166 Inter Touring coupe at Geneva and it seems to have big headlights.
023/S (which had longer wheelbase like 017/S) with Medlin had thin headlights like its sister car 017/S.
So, if not 023/S or 039/S, could it be 035/S ??

To the best of my knowledge 035 S was not completed yet by 16 March 1950 (public opening of the Geneva Motor Show).
11 March 1950 Carrozzeria Touring charged original owner Franco Rol for the bodywork.

With 024/MB began a small series of eight Touring Barchetta with long hood and thin headlights (024/MB, 0028/M, 0034/M, 0036/M, 0038/M, 0040/M, 0044/M and 0046/M), it seems all with Touring numbers in 34xx range...

    Cyril:
    Sorry to partially disagree.
024 MB had Touring body number 3251. Not in the 34XX range.

I am almost sure Geneva car was 035/S.

Taking a sneak peak three weeks forward: Do we know the indenty of Cornacchia's #659 in MM50, or the black 166 Inter Coupe with extra lights on nose, that was photographed together #722 and #724 after the race?

I understand the Cornacchia car #659 at the Mille Miglia 1950 was 017 S.
Although it did not have a proper license plate.
