Yes, I will again have to rent a white Altima to prove without a reasonable doubt that I chowed-down, at Eloy's.
Not to worry, I recognized the Chile Rellenos. Guess I should get a photo of the 575M in front of Eloy's before I leave.
That would be advisable. I messed up. I should have taken the pic before we went in to eat while there was still daylight. Although, I like the twilight shot, kinda artsy.
Tax: if you don’t have any plans this coming weekend, Ferrari challenge is at Road Atlanta. Should be a hoot, lots of us going, would be nice to see you there.
EJ- My furniture and household goods are being delivered on the 5th and 10th, so up to my neck in alligators this weekend. Thanks for the invite. Still do not know if the 575 will go up my really steep driveway.
Taz, hope everything is okay. Understand your new region had a hell of a storm with tornadoes and such last night!
Bill- The tornados were about 40 miles south of here, so we did not even find out about them until this morning. 19 dead last time I looked, so a really bad storm. No tornados in Albuquerque, so something else new to get used to. Still hoping the 575 will go up the driveway, but not real sure. John's lift kit is sounding pretty good right now.
Must be something strange about the geography around Nashville. When I was a student at Vandy [ok 4 decades ago] a tornado came right down through town. I think Belle Meade was hit the hardest. Today's tornado wasn't far from there in the Germantown section. So sad. When they hit at night when you are asleep you aren't aware and there is no warning.
Good news Terry thanks for posting right away....I also was thinking about John's kit when you first said it...that sure is a nice driveway (;
Terry here is another solution Image Unavailable, Please Login if you remember my car always hit a little when I went into the garage ... Director I work for built them my techs in Vegas installed works great !! But with the size of you driveway I think slow at a angle will work .
Terry, I don't know the problem but we have a lot of these in the neighborhood. https://www.bridjit.com/
Dave- There is already a Bridjit there and I am still worried. Bill's solution actually looks more like the ticket. Driveway is so steep Jan's Mercedes GLE450 radar warning goes off coming down as we near the road.
Barry- Backing down the driveway is my current plan, but I would cook the clutch very quickly backing up that hill.
Terry, turn the car around in the driveway once you've back in a ways. Backing in at an angle might help you position the car to do that.
