    Well, as they are at the present, none is correct, because the Tools are all mixed up; but the good news is: no worry, everything is there, you just have to sort it out.

    Start with the tool roll at the bottom, the one with the screwdrivers that have a dark red-brown translucent handle with the white "Ferrari" script: these are typical of late production QVs and all 328s, but not correct for a 1977 GTB
    1. Take the rusted carburettor adjustment tool out of it;
    2. switch the "Tommy bar" spark plug tool with the one that is in the tool roll above at right (seated between the carburettor adjustment tool and the pliers) check that spark plug tool with a spark plug to see if you have a spark plug tool for 12mm or 14 mm plugs...
    3. check that the wrenches are all "Chrom Vanadium Kravm" and that the 14 mm is a combination wrench (the eyelet goes on the spark plug tool)
    And you have a fully sorted out, complet, perfect late QV tool roll if the spark plug tool is for 14mm plugs, or 328 tool roll if the spark plug tool is for a 12mm plug.

    The one at top right has now a "Tommy bar spark plug tool" and is now correct and complete for a 1977 GTB. The screwdrivers are the tell-tale of a carbed car tool roll.
    You have to check the brands of the wrenches however, as they look to be "Utema" to me, which would be correct for a late QV, but not for a '77 GTB...no panic, the solution for the wrenches might be in last tool roll

    The last one, the one at top Left would be period correct for a 1977 GTB too, but only if complete; it is missing:
    1. the carburettor adjustment tool...however, we have taken one (rusted) out of the tool roll at the bottom, so in that roll it now goes.
    2. the "Tommy bar spark plug tool"
    3. the emergency window crank.
    Check the brand of the wrenches, if they are "Everest", as they look to be, these would be period-correct for your 1977 GTB tool roll and should be switched with the "Utema"...

    Hope this helps.

    Wow. Firstly, thank you for taking so much time to help me with that. The only problem I have is your description of where each photo was on your screen (top right, top left etc). On my screen they were one on top of the other. Anyway, I have tried to understand what you were attempting to explain. I have moved things around and taken three more pictures, this time numbered. I am assuming that No 1 is now correct for a 77 308 GTB? Thanks again for your very kind and thoughtful help. I really am appreciative of you helping me like that.

    Well:
    Your #1 is now your correct, authentic, 1977 308 GTB tool roll, provided that the wrenches are "Everest"...
    Your #2 is now a complete and authentic , either 308 QV late production car if it has a 14 mm plug spark plug tool, or a 328 (whole production range) if it has a 12 mm spark plug tool roll;
    except: 1; take the carburettor adjustment tool out of the roll, QVs and 328 do not need that; and 2. check you 14mm combination wrench, the recess for the brand letters do not seem to match the rest of the wrench series? is it the same brand as for the other seven wrenches?
    Your #3 could be the basis for another 1977 308 GTB tool roll: you already have the pliers and the correct screwdrivers, but you should put in it the carburettor adjustment tool that is in your QV or 328 tool roll, then it would miss only a "Tommy bar" spark plug tool and an emergency window crank; but we have to check what brand are the wrenches?
    No worry, we'll sort it out.

    Yep,......you got it.

    Spark plugs go in the jack bag.
    Amber screwdrivers, no logo, carb tool and early window crank, and the captive T Bar large plug wrench.
    Everest open end wrenches.

    You have modern pliers and logo screwdrivers which were definitely not correct, still some good stuff though!!

    Thanks for the further info BT. Any chance of a photo of the correct 1977 pliers?

    Under Alan's (= "Big Tex") supervision...

    I think that when he writes: "You have modern pliers and logo screwdrivers which were definitely not correct, still some good stuff though!!"
    he refers to what you have in the 328 tool roll, that is: pliers with the bigger plastic sheath and screwdrivers with the white Ferrari script, which would definitively not be correct for a carbed 1977 GTB, but absolutely correct for a late prod QV and all 328s.

    But the pliers you have actually in your "1977 308 GTB" tool roll are indeed the correct 1977 pliers...

    Hope Alan will chime in to confirm.
