    I have a 2008 612 OTO s/n 160338.
    There is a 2009 612 OTO on bringatrailer.com showing s/n 154771.
    How can that be?

The pictures of the monroney are different from one another?
The car for sale is 166271 but there is a fuzzy monroney that looks like 154xxx to me?

It's @greybeast 's car. I believe he has pics and videos available, and can probably be messaged or contacted through the board.

Good luck with the auction! I'll be very interested to see how it does, but the bidding certainly seems to be off to a good start.

Thanks, man. Most of the comments have been coming from guys like us who own and love the 612. Hopefully there are some lurkers waiting to fight over it when the time comes. Just sold my F355 a month ago there. Fun process.

Did the car sell for $91K, or could you withdraw the car?

It did not sell through Bringatrailer. During the auction, the bidding did not reach the reserve that I had set, so there was no obligation for the high bidder to buy it or for me to sell it.

I didn't know if BAT auctions could have a reserve. It's a good thing since that was a ridiculously low price.

Sorry it didn't work out for you, but maybe it's an omen you should keep it! :)

Maybe if you had the scrapes on the underside touched up, and then noted the touch up it might be better? I don't know. It's a great car. Sometimes people believe if you aren't taking care of the outside, you aren't taking care of the inside. I'm not saying that's correct, just perception.

You may be right. I just think that the buyer pool is very small, when compared with a 355 spider, for example. Mine sold 6 weeks ago on BaT for well over the reserve. But i will say that anyone buying a 612 at the moment is getting a ridiculous amount of car for the money.
