    They mount the same way your factory ones do, they have 3 mounting studs in the backside of them.

    From pic of both, seems damage or mark on left one. Is this correct? Post another pic possibly? Is mounting hardware included? Im guessing clips in back?

    They are pretty mint, what you see is just reflection. Below is another pic I just took.
