I had a friend contact me about an interesting car, that apparently lost its motor somewhere along the way. I am not sure what the asking price is other than I have been told a Ferrari judge is coming to look at it and he claims to have been offered 110 by a dealer.

I have no financial interest in this car other than hoping it will find a new home and new Ferrari heart.

Are there any GTE motors out there or similar Ferrari period engines that could be sourced? I think most of the parts are there less the motor. Note the gauges on the garage wall. The car is located in TN.

sure that this should be a GTE?
never have seen a GTE with those plexiglas for the frontlights. also the handbrake level looks strange and the center console?

That’s not the first sign of unoriginality...

Poor thing! Lost it's motor to some replica, I imagine, and probably the chassis number with it.

Rather than the title, ask for a picture of the chassis tag-- should be located on the side of the engine compartment.

Not sure the chassis tag helps much

That isn't the tag I was thinking of... the one I meant is probably in the Cal Spyder replica now.

I forgot that we had discussed this car previously!
