the 1988.5 has 37,500 MILES not KM, I just wanted to say that so people don't think the k you put was for kilometers. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1988-ferrari-testarossa-17/
I believe that's the "Dinol" rust protectant sprayed all over the car from Ferrari. It took me years to remove it all. The center air intake looks a little faded but you see under the intakes and it looks clean. Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Ok...I stand corrected. I was able to zoom in on the photos and the engine bay is dirty. But the dash looks good and there isn't any stretching in the leather as the stitching seams look straight. Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Between Covid-19 and the absolute implosion in the energy markets I suspect there will be some new inventory on the market specifically from the Greater Houston area this summer. Not joking. Fire sale.
Be patient....the dominos in shale haven't fallen...yet. Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Believe you me, I’m extremely patient. But you know what isn’t patient? The margin calls affecting that industry effective immediately.
Occasionally I follow the Daytona prices. Last time I looked, there was nothing under 700+. Judging from this unscientific, cursory review.... perhaps the more expensive cars are already getting hit hard. Image Unavailable, Please Login
everything's been coming down and now with a global recession on the brink I'd expect no end in site.
I’ve made strong offers in cars and some have not even responded and been for sale for over a year maybe I will just hold off and see what happens with prices in the next few months they won’t budge on prices
Wait and be patient. Prices will follow the markets. When it eventually goes down...after rates to 0 and QE , reality will eventually set in. Just be the guy with cash in hand and floor planning is burning a hole in the dealership's pocket. Just remember Vik from Lamborghini Orange County...from super fancy Lamborghini parties to selling the Lamborghinis from floor planning and running off with the cash. It's all coming back. After trying to buy a few different models I’m kinda of done now for a while yes I will be patient and my offers were very fair like less than 10-% asking price
For a competitive ask price, dealers are only accepting around 5% back of ask....have seen this twice in the past week. As far as the Houston energy market, we all know the effects from this comparatively weak virus will be short term, there isn’t a sense of panic.
Not really... Saudi Arabia just showed Russia who is boss after Russia refused to control output last week. So on Saturday Saudi said **** you and is ramping up to peak production in an effort to punish Russia for non-compliance. Not a secret.
The US sanctioned Rosneft. Putin refused to reduce production rates in retaliation. Saudi increased production and cut sale prices to retaliate against Putin on behalf of the US (I hope). Their actions are draconian and intended(?) to be of short duration. If this war continues - many American upstream companies will require Fed bailouts or big bankruptcies will ensue. The US cost of production is about the highest in the world. Putin pushed prices down below American profitability, but not below Russian profitability. Saudi pushed it down further, way below Russian profitability. It could get very, very ugly. That said, I think it will end prior to armageddon. The virus’ impact is still a dangerous wildcard. The US/Saudi petrodollar alliance is fighting for survival. https://www.wsj.com/articles/u-s-sanctions-subsidiary-of-russias-rosneft-over-alleged-venezuela-oil-exports-11582039828
I wonder if we’ll see a few more on the market in order to liquidate them at reasonable prices which can not be found in the stock market?
It Its just like what Johnny Cochran says, it’s been a long, long road to get to this point. Not, it’s only been about a week and two or three days to shave off 6,000 points on the Dow. In Ojs case it was a year and two or three days as you remember. How is this relevant you ask? He was a tr owner before he committed the murders. Then he too had to sell everything. I suspect that may be coming.
