I'm from Edinburgh and own a 1989 Grigio Testarossa.
Would have loved to meet, unfortunately not in Edinburgh anymore ;( Any photos you'd like to share perhaps?
Nope. The private registration plate made me wonder if the owner was in the brewery business or simply a brewery enthusiast... but I don't want to post it in case the owner would object to having his plate described on the internet. All the best, Andrew.
Reviving an old thread here, but I’m wondering how many Scottish owners/enthusiasts use the forum and whether any would be up for a meet up and drive at some point. Interested parties please reply here. Cheers Def.
Are you in contact with any other owners over your way? I'd like to organise something for spring, if it ever gets here, maybe a meetup, lunch, drive sort of thing. Possibly Stirling or Perth, central for everyone. What do you think? Do the FOC do much up here?
There used to be three fairly active groups: North / West / East - might be worth a call to head office to ask
Sorry but I think there's a privacy issue - don't those people have to given their permission for this publication of their personal data
I agree. The magazine is a private publication for subscribers and those contact details are not made available online to non-members. I've removed the photo. All the best, Andrew.
I normally try and get to World of Supercars at Knockhill, and the Scottish Italian Car Day, which was at Edinburgh last year. I may miss both this year due to work though.
In Edinburgh Former 458 spider owner in grigio silverstone it's the one on Edinburgh Supercars facebook cover page back to Porsche now (991.2 4S) as I couldn't really use it and 4 of our cars got vandalised last summer whilst we were on holiday
F430 in glasgow - relatively new here just reading on posts. only just discovered regionals. Happy to meet if anything gets organised post the covid chaos! hope you’re all keeping well in the meantime!
Reviving an old thread here, are there still a few owners on here from Scotland? I am Edinburgh based.
