The one on my car is rubbed away. I always thought it wouldn't be a big deal to find a replica but I haven't found one that is correct. Some are close but not correct for a 1990.

I just need a close up, dead on shot. I can do the artwork and find a printer for these.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeff

You'll get the first one. :D

Yours is mint compared to mine. Mine is blank.

Do you mind taking a closer shot? It will hopefully save a ton of time (maybe I can auto trace it). It just needs to be cleaned up (no dust) and taken close.

    Thank you so much Steve!

I will adjust the weight and fix a couple of characters. It is getting close.

At least your car won't need this decal. Yours is in great shape! Thanks for the reference.

Strange that they left off the two degree symbols...

I just received a small batch of labels; I am very happy with the results. Image Unavailable, Please Login
The artwork is exactly like the original. It has the same font, symbols, kerning, color and sheen. It is also printed using the same technique as the original. The borders can be trimmed to be as random as the OEM label too.

Steve, I owe you. Thank you so much for your help. I'll PM you for your address and please let me know what you think.

That looks great. Mine is missing altogether. May I ask where one can be obtained?

Thanks :D It was a lot of detail crammed into such a small space.

Fortunately I have a small run available. Let me check with a moderator and get setup. I'll keep you posted.

This thread calls into play a site policy.

The site policy effected is trying to address the two kinds of posts on a DIY/project thread. The first are the posts that describe a problem and a solution. We welcome those as sharing with the community. The second type of posts are the eventual outcome of most DIY/project threads, which is a solution of some kind, that results in a group buy or tooling bought and paid for and some level of small scale production. This results in solicitations for sale and requests for availability. The second type of posts are in conflict with our policy that there should be no business conducted in the discussion forums, business should be conducted in the classified ad section. Veiled references to contacting the solution developer for "project details" are considered a circumvention as these invariably result in continued requests for availability.

The approved process is to, once the DIY/project enters the solution available for sale phase, have the DIY/project solver post an ad in the classified ad section to offer the solution for sale and then post a link to the ad in the original DIY/project thread and direct all further inquiries to the ad. The thread can still remain for additional questions and improvements to the solution, but any and all availability questions should be directed to the ad.

Great execution. I need one of these. How does it hold up to the heat on the tank?

Just a quick one to say these stickers are an exact copy of the original.

I've seen many reproductions over the years but this is hands down the best yet.

Short of discovering a batch of holy grail original stickers used by the coolant tank manufacturer, these are your best alternative.
