Interesting article where Liberty defends its policy and claims that figures justify it. By "quality of its pay TV audience", probably Liberty means that they are not interested in F1 fans who can't/won't pay for the privilege of watching it. Strange commercial tactic in my book; a bit like saying you can't enter my showroom, only if you depart with your cash upfront.
