    I have been seriously looking
I think this is the only non “super” Mclaren to rise in value in the short term

It was on my list as well. But the 720s prices are now creeping down to the low 200's. The 720s is so much more special. The 765LT is coming out soon, followed by it's new body AWD hybrid replacement, I'm guessing prices will continue to drop more before they stabilize. Mclaren went ahead and added another 500 Spiders to the supposed limited production 500 only Coupes many of which went over MSRP, which really upset its customer base.

That LT Spider that went across at Gooding in Scottsdale Saturday afternoon was a good buy. Did anyone end up with it?

I was it really market price? It sold for $230K with commission. Black is not a great color for the 675LT and the low miles mean it hasn't been sorted. Unless you want to keep the car as a garage queen, what's the point in the low miles?

I saw it in person. The color is a dark bluish black which I think hurt the final sale price. The tires showed some spirited driving but otherwise as new condition. I think it sets a bench mark for the many 3k miles examples out there closer to $200k.

I think were it not blue, it would have gone for $20,000 more.

    :D

I was trolling, but it is true how McLaren divides model line into Sport, Super, and Ultimate Series. They started the Sport series in the 5's, but now it has gone into the 6's where they started the Super series. Genius marketing! :) 12C, 650, and 675 in Super series.

And the new 620R is in their Sports Series and it is basically a track car.

The 675LT is in the Super Series like the new 765LT R to be debuted at Geneva. Yay for the B team!

I wish manufactures were more clear and consistent, at least McLaren better than Ferrari. Porsche the best for clear model lines.

    Gotcha. Numbering based on HP.
Keeps the rif-raf out. Current numbering is at least better that MP4-12C

MP4-12C! That name had me shaking my head. Then they came up with P1, one of the best names ever.
