Can we see a source of recovery? I just wonder how far it went, most related on FerrariChat would be Boardwalk and driver coach Ed.
$505M dispersed out to 1M victims. Wonder what the breakdown for them is after the attorneys, which are no doubt lined up for their stake in the claim, get in the end. BHW
Recovery likely from US Bank not Tucker. What an awful human. Nothing worse than preying on the weak. The scheme he set up is nauseating to hear. Completely morally bankrupt with no remorse. He deserves to serve every day of the 16 years. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Would you mind sharing some pictures from your time at Level 5? I've always been interested about what the inside of that warehouse must have looked like. Knowing him personally, I agree with your opinions of him. I have some pictures of the cars he had at his house if anyone would be interested.

Fun guy to hang out with. He could talk about Ferrari's for days. Called FXX's a scam. Ironic. Especially given he had a 599XX and an FXX-K on order.
So his brother jumped off the Garage, and he's in the joint? Where is he physically now, out on appeal or locked down/
They are auctioning his last cars next month. https://autos.yahoo.com/us-treasury-auctioning-ferrari-porsche-004321268.html
His release date is given as June 27, 2032 but he is currently listed as not being in BoP custody. I've no idea why. Lawyer Timothy Muir is in a private contractor run facility in PA until April 2024.
Forgot to post this last month, couple million more recovered on 4 seized cars auctioned at COTA: https://auctions.cwsmarketing.com/lots/view/1-2J53DE/2011-ferrari-599xx
Wow that brought strong money. But I don't recall a 599FXX selling in the past. Btw, why is it the gov can charge the worst interest of all on taxes due but will put payday lenders under the jail? Yeah I know these guys were crooks but just saying.
Normally the FXX cars were a Factory Lease, not owned?? Im sure someone in Maranello is upset but the Feds are the Feds. I'll wager a street Title will be an interesting conversation at DMV.
A couple have come up over the years. As for the "factory lease" I thought the arrangement was that the car was purchased, included 2 years of factory support, and Ferrari retained the car in most cases to facilitate logistics.
