I suppose that is possible. But the car was in for service five times during that period. I would think someone would have at least driven it around the block after each service. But without a comment from the OP, I also suppose we'll never know the answer.
I currently have a deposit on the car and have spoken with the seller about this. I’m confident there is no issue - the car was driven very sparingly over the last 5 years. Shop software often defaults mileage for service to the last recorded amount at prior service. The seller has been very forthright throughout the process, and I’m confident everything will check out as discussed when I take delivery in a couple weeks.

That car is almost a spitting image in blue of my white one. And I love it! You’ll feel so much better driving that than a Chevy, or a Nissan, or 36 mopeds. And you’ll certainly look better pulling up to the block party in it than on a giraffe! Ha! Drive it strongly and often. Congratulations!
