let X = width excluding side mirrors
let Y = total Height - ground clearence.

    what is the smallest Y/X?

I recently eye-measured the 430 and 360 side by side.
the 430 has noticeable bigger Y than the 360, making it less desirable by my eyes, however much it was lowered by the coil over.

Hard to get lower and wider than a Testarossa. At least visually speaking.

Testarossa family looks like the "normal streetcar" winner

    Supercar level has:
    LaFerrari at 0.55995
    Enzo at 0.5643
    F50 at 0.5639

If I understand correctly the formula, 488 GTB is 0.5635 - F8 is wider so the result should be even lower.
    (488: height=1213, ground clearance=113, width=1952; (1213-113)/1952=0.5635).
The testarossa is even lower if considering the ground clearance (it seems the 0.57 figure above ignores it):
    (1130-140)/1976=0.5010
    (all dimensions in mm)
