Normal oil pressure in a "cold" engine

Hi,

Took the 458 out today for a spin---first time in two weeks since i got the car because it has been snowing here.

Temp was mid 40's, let it warm up for 5-8 minutes in the garage then set out.
I noticed the oil pressure gauge showing 70-80 psi and fluctuating quite a bit (up-down-up-down)-- no real change in pressure with changes in gear (2 through7) except when stopped in first (idle) then dropped to 30 psi.

I don't drive my sports cars too much in these type of temps, but never remember seeing oil pressures so high.

Is this normal?
Should I be concerned?
Car was acting fine. It just had an oil change and filter at the Ferrari dealer (wide world) before I took possession of it 2 weeks ago.

Oil temps were 180*


any thoughts?
