F8 Shmee Drives the F8 Behind La Ferraris

That's how the game is played for all and comes with the territory. Bottom line: I respect his hustle. He works his ass off whether you like his content or not. Apparently enough do.

 

It's not at all, or car journalism would be boring.

Plenty of legitimate reviewers have given viewpoints on cars that are not always positive, whether it's opinions on the ride, the handling, comfort, whatever. Manufacturers will accept a reviewer giving some criticism. Shmee doesn't put any effort into this area, hence why his "reviews" are dry and avoidable.

 

They are not reviews. They are nothing other than superficial commentaries and trite observations.

 

He is just a bloke that shows cars, he doesn't pretend to be a reviewer of the ilk of Sutcliffe et. al. The mere fact that you are discussing his videos prove that he succeeded in what he set out to do. Personally, I don't find anything interesting in Schmee's videos, but kudos to him for his effort and success. Live and let live...

 

I never watch his videos after the first few. Only watched the one posted here since it involved the F8.

 

Agree - he's just a bloke that shows cars. No need to go overboard with too much hate. Any views all come purely from people seeking info on the car in question and that applies to all of these reviewers. With him not having the face or voice for video (or any driving skills) if anything poor old Schmee needs to be shown some sympathy and not repeatedly belted over the head with a stick every 5 seconds. At least he showed us something to watch.

 

He did also show the F8 testing car with the GPF. And heaps of PISTA's in transit from the paint shop.
