My understanding was that the SUV is for 2021 - but yes, I forgot the Lusso in the current range (seems I cannot keep pace with all available models :( )

Shouldn’t we expect a Roma spider to take the place of the Portofino?

    812 VS for sure.

Surely no Lusso replacement in between the expected Purosangue in 2021, would be bizarre to have such an overlapping set of models running concurrently.

Really looking forward to the LB, especially if it's actually little ie lightweight. Before we get too negative at "only" a V6 engine, look at the Ford GT! there are ways of making a nice V6 sports car which performs well and looks fantastic.

so there is any proof that there will be mid-engined V12 car or it's just a legend?

It has been talked about here (the forums) by people who have ‘track records’ in such things and have been consistently been correct so I’m guessing it’s not a legend but who knows.

I dont think there is a F8VS but like you said, no one can be sure. At the very least, I cant imagine them introducing a F8 VS before first deliveries of the F8 or F8 spider.

Im on the fence on the F8 VS . Ive heard there will be one and others that say no chance. But in time we will find out. But one thing for sure they will only be offered to F8 owners.

Back to LB , In the design with the V6 I hope that they don't go to the cheaper version of having a wet sump like the Roma and Portofino :( IMO that's disgraceful that a Ferrari engine be made on Wet Sump :(

So you order the F8 get it delivered middle of next year only to turn around and try to dump it a few weeks later as your F8 vs is incoming?

I mean Ferrari owners (some) can take the financial hit but how many???

I have the opinion it will be for the rich. I just cant see Ferrari not doing their very last hooray for the V8 that has been awarded so many times. For a second think Pista engine no GPF F8 body and limited to countries with no GPF requirements . And just in for the 75 year anniversary , 35 years since passing away, 125 years when he was born ??????

Lets face it it will be the LAST never ever to be in production again unless with electric :(

They cannot make a car in 2020 without GPF. Not allowed in Europe.

Keep dreaming. They are not going to make a non GPF version of the F8. If so they would have done that already.

They already have the drivetrain engineering available from the Pista V8 including no GPF. Plug and play including the Pista suspension setup to get rid of some flab in the F8 handling situation. DO numbered cars and sell to non EU countries and with an already proven formula it is basically FREE money. Also with practically no real R & D cost to them either! Plus they get to thumb their nose at EU bureaucrats!!!

I was told that the Roma was the car for the V6 but they had issues with the engine so they used the v8 instead. But this is just cleaning Lady info.

The Roma can become the test platform with limited exposure, just like the California was for the DCT and turbo.

It already happened with special editions like the the Cornes 612, 15 Special Testarossa, J50, F60.
Ferrari sells cars worldwide. Italy is one small market and smaller than it once was.

The running gear was always that of a standard model with the then current powertrain.

Ferrari has produced dozens of cars in the past that are only legal in certain markets. Are we forgetting the Monza that is currently in production? It is not legal in the US.

I believe with great certainty that cars will be produced that do not meet EU regulations for other markets around the world. Not to long ago there were rumors that the 812VS would not be produced for the European market...

Only time will tell, but it seems extremely logical to me that this will occur.
