    I have to say that I don't necessarily think it's Jimmie's fault that he's been "underperforming" the last few years. Hendrick has been putting a lot into developing their new, younger drivers....Elliott mainly. They reassigned Chad Knaus, moved a lot of resources. Jimmie's been "old news" for a couple years in the organization and he's leaving on a high note. No doubt he will go down in history as one of the greatest drivers in the history of NASCAR, among other racing

    7 championships, 83 wins. No regrets there.
