The oil pressure sensor (sender)is suppose to be located at the back top of the engine.Do you have to take off the intake manifold to get to it to replace

Pretty sure not I think I was charged an hour or less by my shop to replace it.

Do a search. Its right under the oil filter, rear of the manifold. Many remove the filter, I was able to get to mine with a 24mm bike wrench, not removing anything.

You may want to clarify when you post then, nothing stating which car it is. Both the 360and 430 have the transmitter at the "back top" of the engine. Take a flashlight and look, should be right at the top rear of the motor as in the diagram.

No you do not need to take off the manifold. I was able to reach in through the oil filter door but not much room to wiggle a tool and turn. It is better with the under panel off or laying across the rear fender though the latter was not safe for the paint, hence the shop doing the work :)

I'm going to change my 360 oil pressure sensor soon, do you have to drain any oil from the motor or is it just screw the old one out and screw the new one in?

    Cheers
