Failed to meet reserve at 60 something.

I think this was on eBay as well.

308's are coming down, not going up. I don't blame the owner for holding out as much as possible because it is a Bi, somewhat celebrity owned, and most of all a damn cool factory carbed/injected mix (confirmed by Steve Ahlgrim) but apparently the market sees it as an under 60K car.

    Sad if you ask me.

I think it will sell privately. Far too nice for a desperate sale. I’ve put that much into my GTS and would swap in a heartbeat.

I would have bought it had I not just built a new office.

Only one thing keeping that car from being the most perfect 308 to me.

And that one thing can be changed.

    BaT is a weird place.

A car with REAL dubious engine/chassis/assembly numbers, fresh paint and a new, incorrect interior goes for above market price while an honest, no stories car does not bring the money. This car was a little odd being a carb/i transition car with carb engine but i interior. I suspect that hurt the value a little... explaining that at the concourse would get real old real fast.

    Regards
    David
