I have come to find out that it appears my TR sat for quite a long time prior to owning it.
I found some lacquer deposits when removing the injectors and lots of crusted material.
With that said, I want to replace the most important parts asap.

The pumps do work and am not sure if they are affected.
I will be buying the filters and new injectors as that doesnt require much thought.

Would the accumulators be necessary as well due to their holding fuel?
Is the propensity to degrade just about the same everywhere in the system?

The FD and its related parts look very shiny compared to the surrounding area so it appears to be new already. I just hope its not affected internally as well as I wasnt planning on a full fuel system rebuild.

You should really read section D of the WSM, there are some tests you could do prior to buying a bunch of parts you may not need. Section D ends at D60 but there is a supplement to the WSM, do you have this? Do you have access to a fuel pressure gauge?
