Followed SpiderScott's excellent article on refilling soft top hydraulic reservoir and the power top now operates better than it ever has ('01 360 spider).

However, when replacing the trim panel behind passenger seat (USA car), I broke 3 of the 4 plastic retaining pins. I don't even know what they are called. Checked diagrams on Eurospares, but these items don't seem to appear in any of the diagrams.

I'm sure a few others broke these pins as well. Anyone know the name or part number? Much appreciated.

I purchased a bunch from Daniel at Ricambi. Email [email protected] and Daniel will help you out.

Did you find what the part number is and if yes would you mind posting it? I'm about to do the top fluid change myself...

    Thank you.

Indeed, have the same problem with mine, if someone has the part number that would be really useful. Thanks

Sorry to resuscitate an old thread, but how the heck do you insert the new clips into the holes?

These look the same as the clips on my toyota rav 4, fitting the inside cover to my rear door. Look on e bay as common part

Its hard. Theres quite a few of these in the interior of our cars. I also bought some from daniel. I ended up trimming them so i could squeeze it in the hole where it went

Auveco is another source. Hundreds of trim panel clips for all cars. Catalog shows them illustrated at 100% size so it's nice that you can spot what you need and match them to the illustration.

I ended up softening the end with a heat gun before twisting it in.
