The front of the spider is identical to the coupe.

The rear of the F8 spider is unchanged from the coupe and still less appealing than the Pista spider back end.

not a clue why but I agree and thought the same thing based on the renderings. Maybe the launch Giallo triple layer suits the lines well, or another guess is with how much more angled the F8 is - it adapts well to the twin buttresses and nice rear deck design?

When I saw the coupe released in rosso I wasn't the biggest fan, but looked at the spider and thought ok that looks good

Yep, renderings look great, but let's see some real life photos with the 4x4 ride height lol

Wonder if/how the hot tube will work on the spider with the top down, could be interesting

Agreed. I think proportionally speaking, as someone already pointed out, that flat deck behind the driver really flatters the wing and the overall design.

Looks good to me! But I’m not a spider/convertible person so sticking with the coupe.

I wonder if they will ever be able to do a hardtop convertible AND keep the glass engine cover/window.

Im blown away by how many people say the spider looks great. Its the same car as the F8 essentially - sans roof.

No joke. There are even a few comments about how nice the front of the car looks now. Triple yellow paint must be creating visual hallucinations.

Yeah! And they could have technically made it work with this model, but you would only see the back half of the engine. The bonnet still opens up nicely tho

THE FRONT OF THE F8 AND THE F8 SPIDER ARE IDENTICAL. Yes it is. They are exactly the same. No difference, no changes. IDENTICAL.

Did I mention that the front of the F8 coupe and spider are identical. I also forgot to mention that the rears of both cars are also IDENTICAL.

The side up to the roof is also identical for both cars. There is , however a distinct and marked difference between the F8 coupe and F8 spider with regards to the roof. The coupe has one and the spider's is retractable. The spider also has 2 humps on either side of the roof as well as the engine compartment being different.
