993 turbo... on her way!!

    The fascination with this car (for me) dates back to when they first came out!! such an awesome looking car!! The fact is (again for me)... the newer cars, Ferrari-Mclaren-Porsche... have gotten so DAM fast!! it literally makes me dizzy when driving them! Granted the 993 Turbo is no SLUG, but by todays standards its not fast either.. And actually being able to stretch any new cars legs, is an instant free ride to the BIG HOUSE!! LOL.... Any ways, shes a 96, with 22K original miles.. Original Paint, all stock with exception of shocks, replaced and adjusted to European ride height.... Hard back Buckets, full leather... Passed the PPI with flying colors!!

    Great looking Turbo - Guards Red is a personal fav. I have had 2 997s, a 08 Turbo and now a ‘11 997.2 GR. Have fun but a Valentine or Escort goes with that color!:D

    Congrats and enjoy your new toy! I took my '97 993TT out for a drive yesterday, and these cars remain more fun and reliable than the newest offerings.

    Congratulations and looks like you got a great example! I've put 12,000 miles on my '96 and another 3,000 on my '97. So much fun and far more engaging than today's cars. Enjoy!

    Pretty car.

    (And I’m with you on the speed. I can’t personally afford to pay for a car where 70 percent of it’s capabilities will land me in jail)
