It’s nice to see you take your car everywhere and to a lot of events. That’s awesome. If I lived close to you I’d be right there with you brother. I’m getting excited about my up and coming concorso event next month. Will post pictures
I told the group last night there’s no way I would ever sell that car. I need the diablo or countach now.
Honestly I been speaking with parnelli for years now and I’m not that surprised the car is not exactly what he wants...they say never to drive ur idols...I think he just needs to give it time... But here is the question: what other car can u get in the 100k that is that cool looking, easy to fix, sounds good, won’t lose value? Not an amg gt, not any gallardo...pretty much nothing. He should keep it and I think he is being irrational Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That’s funny you say that. I kept telling myself yesterday I can’t believe how cheap these cars are for what you get. Incredible value in my opinion right now!!
In that case I better sell the car soon… LOL! Who knows what I’ll happen. Maybe someday I’ll will even choose to be buried in this car Like I said, if it sells it sells. I’ve got plenty of other cars to use. If it doesn’t, no worries.
Well, at the end of the day, if the car isn't what you want, it's ok to say so and move on. I want an Aventador Roadster but I hear so many stories about unreliability. I will go for one and if it turns out to be true, get out of it. I don't like to lose money as the next guy but making every penny an investment, doesn't add much fun to one's life. At least you took the risk and tried the Testarossa. Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
That's the beauty about Florida, there's always an exotic car event or concours around the corner. I live in the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando and there's lots for here for exotic enthusiasts. Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
While I haven't experienced the high heat index, but I would suggest that when do you stop for gas, break, etc. leave the rear hood up so the engine compartment is not heat-soaked. Last thing you want to find out is having a hot-start issue.
My Countach had them changed when it was at Evans, and the Diablo had them changed right before I bought it.
thanks for posting this Nat. I couldn't figure out how to do it! Was having a little fun cleaning it in the garage today after my trek to Road America on Friday
108 in Scottsdale yesterday and I took the Testarossa out for a drive. Got a shot of the temp gauge. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
